Grooming Appointment Policy
Please arrive on time for your grooming appointment, especially during warmer months when demand is higher. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Once your dog’s grooming is complete, we’ll call to let you know they’re ready for pickup. If we can’t reach you, we’ll leave a voicemail with the details.
As a crate-free facility with limited space, we kindly ask that all dogs be picked up within 30 minutes of their grooming being finished. After this time, a supervision fee of $15 per dog will be charged for every additional 30 minutes until pickup.
If your dog requires medical shampoo, please bring it with you to the appointment. Otherwise, an additional $10 fee will apply for using our in-house medical shampoo.
